OUR PODIATRISTS
Rebecca Gifford
Our clinical director Bex holds a certificate in pain management (acupuncture & dry needling) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport & Exercise Medicine — her true passion.
Outside the office Rebecca enjoys competing in multi sport and adventure racing events. Not only does this keep her fit but the involvement enhances her understanding of athletes training needs, trends, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation methods.
Bex will be on Maternity leave from August 2026
Renee Thorpe
Senior Podiatrist Renee also holds a Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine.
She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and loves helping people get back to doing what they enjoy — whether that’s playing sport, running, walking around the block, or standing all day at work she will help you reach your goal.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Renee running around the port hills or hiking to a new backcountry hut.
Renee works from both our Frontrunner and Lincoln clinics.
